We deliver products within India only. Delivery times may vary depending on the location and shipping method chosen. We make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely and efficient manner, but we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions or transport disruptions.Our delivery duration ranges from a minimum of 3 days to a maximum of 10 days.
6. Return, Cancellation, Warranty, and Guarantee Policy
Return and Cancellation Policy: Customers may initiate returns or exchanges only in the event of receiving damaged products. To claim, customers must provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods. Our team will review the photographs within 2-3 business days. If the claim is deemed valid, the damaged product/s must be returned to our office within 5-7 business days; failure to comply will render the customer ineligible for replacement, as any delay will be considered product usage. Upon receipt of the damaged goods within the specified timeframe, we will process replacements within 7-10 business days or as per actual production timelines. Replacement will be at the sole discretion of Sonal Enterprises after verification, and the customer agrees not to dispute the company's decision. In the event that a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel orders by sending an email to support@sonalgifts.co.in within 24 hours from the time the order was placed, provided payment has not been processed. Cancellation is subject to approval and may not be accepted if the order is already processed. If approved, refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
Sonal Enterprises disclaims any responsibility for warranties and guarantees associated with its products. Warranty and guarantee coverage is exclusively provided for select brand products, and any claims should be directed to their respective sales and service offices. Sonal Enterprises shall not be held liable for any warranty or guarantee claims.
